- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship across India.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier’s system.
💰 Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (if available) may include a small fee.
❗ Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
StraightUp™ is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete addresses
- Unreachable phone numbers
- Failure to accept deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, reshipping charges apply.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the package and product
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
🌍 Shipping Availability
We currently ship only within India.
