Refund Policy

We want every customer to have a smooth and reliable experience.
Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered
  • The product is missing parts or not as described

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Regular wear & tear
  • Used or washed products

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

2. Time Window

You must raise a return/refund request within:

3 days of delivery

Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or video of the issue (mandatory)

Our support team will verify your claim within 24–48 hours.


4. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds for UPI/manual payments will be returned to your UPI ID/bank account
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

If rejected:

  • We will explain why your request could not be approved.

5. Exchanges

We only exchange items if:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • The product is defective

Exchanges depend on stock availability.


6. No Cancellations After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
If you wish to cancel before shipping, contact us immediately.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund does not reflect:

  1. Check your bank/UPI again
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
  3. If still unresolved, email us at straightupstore.in@gmail.com
